Teach Travel Discover (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a destination wedding, honeymoon, and romance travel planning business run by Sully Montero. This policy explains what personal information we collect through TeachTravelDiscover.com, our email list, our digital products, and our travel planning services, and what we do with it.

Information you give us
- Contact and inquiry details: name, email, phone number, wedding or travel dates, destination preferences, guest count, and budget when you fill out an inquiry form, take a quiz, book a call, or email us.
- Email list signups: your name and email when you join the newsletter or download a free guide.
- Purchases: name, email, and billing details when you buy a class, course, or digital product. Payments are handled by our payment processors. We don’t see or store your full card number.
- Travel booking details: if you or your guests book travel with us, we collect what suppliers require to make the reservation. That can include full legal names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, passport details, home address, emergency contacts, room preferences, and any dietary or accessibility needs you choose to share.
- Chat and messages: anything you send through our website live chat, email, or social media messages.
Information collected automatically
- Log and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and date and time of your visit.

Information from others
If someone books travel for you (for example, the couple planning a group trip), they may share your name and contact details with us so we can set up your reservation. Travel suppliers may also send us confirmation details about your booking.

- To pass reservation details to the resorts, hotels, airlines, transfer companies, travel insurance providers, and tour operators handling your trip

How we share your information

- Travel suppliers: resorts, hotels, airlines, host agencies, tour operators, transfer companies, and insurance providers need your details to book and deliver your trip. Once they have it, their own privacy policies apply.
- Service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email marketing, course and checkout platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, live chat, analytics, and site security. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or others.
- Business changes: if the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this same policy.

We keep your information as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it. Booking records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax, supplier, and seller of travel obligations. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards, including secure hosting, SSL encryption, firewall and malware protection, and limited access to client files. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send full passport or payment card numbers through regular email or live chat. We’ll give you a secure way to share sensitive booking details when needed.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
- Correct information that’s wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling
- Withdraw consent you’ve given us

Children’s privacy
This site is meant for adults planning travel. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. When a trip includes minors, we collect only the details a supplier requires to book their travel, and we get that information from a parent or guardian. If you think a child sent us information directly, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site links to resorts, suppliers, affiliate partners, and other websites. We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices, so review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy when our practices or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a significant change, we’ll post a notice on the site or email you.
